3. Virus scanning software has been installed to perform periodic virus scans in order to provide a safe and secure browsing environment for users.
4. Data are backed up on a daily basis on the redundant servers.
5. The system automatically receives notices regarding security maintenance from system and application providers. Recommendations are taken and patches are installed.
